Its Jurassic Park with a massive Monkey – what better family movie could you want for a lazy Sunday afternoon?! i’ve heard people say its a bit gory – personally I thought it was more implied than out and out gore. I was happy for both Con (age 9) and Bex (age 5) to watch the film and they loved it. The content is no different to the original Jurassic park film so its worth having a blanket at had for younger kidz to hide behind. This is a smashing prequel to the Godzilla film out a few years back – Highly Recommended!!!
3D Blu-Ray Review:
This was one of the movies really stood out in 3D in the big IMAX screen and it transfers really well from the big to the small screen. Everything from Giant Spiders legs to helicopters appear from the screen and Kong look awesome.
Stand out 3D moments – WWII soldiers on the cliff edge with Kong, Helicopters and Kong, Giant Spider attack, giant creature attack in Kong graveyard, soldiers fire attack on Kong at the lake and finale battle between Kong and the Monster.
