Maya says she enjoyed this film – but in truth she really only enjoyed the first 45 mins and last 20 mins. Between that she became a very confused by the story which lead to her becoming restless. This is the type of movie that will works better on DVD and Blu-Ray for Kidz under 5. That way they can tune in and out of the film when they choose to.
Hag and Con just loved the film and have watched it twice already. Arthur Christmas is destined to be a Christmas Classic the whole family will enjoy.
3D Blu-Ray review:
I’m a big fan of the Sony’s 3D discs – they are always full of over the top 3D SFX. Arthur Christmas is a 3D bonanza with plenty of Festive magic appearing from the screen. Stand out 3D moments: Arthur and Grand Xmas flying though the streets, Arthur and the rope, the finale delivery.
