Marvel: Thor – The Dark World review by Hag and Con

The Avengers continue and next up the quarreling brothers Thor and Loki. Much like the last Thor movie the latest chapter is full of action and comedy – with a little more Sci-Fi in a Star Trek style. As for the 12A rating – I took both Hag (9 years old) and Con (6 years old) to see the film. I was very happy for them to see Thor The Dark World – it feels far more like a PG to me. There’s one scene with a hand being cut off but its less violent than the scene in the Cantina for Star Wars Episode 4 and that’s rated U. Aside from that all the ‘fantasy violence’ is the same as in Avengers Assmble. Cracking stuff!!!
(Annoyingly you will need to wait till the end of the scrolling credits. Rather than it being a Avengers 2 teaser – its the natural end of Thor the Dark World)
