As a rule we don’t review anything over PEGI 12 as most games gates rated PEGI 16 to PEGI 18 have content only appropriate to young adults up. The WWE games are a little different much like the live shows on DVD and Blu-ray. As PEGI preach – always apply sensible parenting around games releases. I allow Hag and Con to play the WWE 2K title – but they are banned from playing as character like Brock Lesnar and Triple H. Also they are not aloud to play online as I have no control over the content they play online and they must stay away from modes such as Extreme Rules. If they stay away from these areas – the contents is no different to the matches many kidz see live around the world at many of the family friendly WWE event. As always though – all children are different and you know your kidz best and what content they can handle.
The WWE 2K franchise falls into the same category as games such as FIFA. If we have WWE fans in the family if will get a full year of regular play till the next release making it perfect title for the family budget. Highly Recommended!!!
