So….what did Hag and Con think?

This is a very impressive console – I wasn’t certain at first but when seeing Hag and Con interact with the system I was sold. As with the Xbox 360 – the Kinect is both the selling point and point of difference between Xbox One and the other ‘Next Gen’ consoles. This new Kinect has everything from heart monitors to night vision – so you no longer have to play around with the curtains and lights to make sure games play fully.
Stand out games for the first wave are ‘Project Spark’ which is a cross between Disney Infinity and Skylanders (Without the figures) – where Kidz can create their own full video games and ‘Zoo Tycoon’ where players manage and fully interact with the day to day running of a zoo.
These are great times for gamers of all ages as it would appear Nintendo, Microsoft and Sony have been working very hard over the past years to create products that excite the consumer. Which is better? I’m not certain that’s the right question – the question should be ‘What do you want in a games console?’
Buying a games consoles more like buying a family car these day!!!
