What were you doing and who was the first person you told when you found out you were going to be Clive The Robot? Hag age 12
Andy Nyman – I WAS IN LONDON AT MY FLAT WHEN I GOT THE PHONE CALL TO TELL ME IT WAS OFFICIALLY HAPPENING. THE FIRST PERSON I TOLD WAS MY WIFE. WE WERE VERY EXCITED.
Why did you want to be a robot? Bex age 5
Andy Nyman – I JUST WANTED TO BE PART OF THE WOLRD OF THE MINION’S. IT IS THE FUNNEST, LOVIEST FILM TO BE PART OF.
If you were a robot in real life what do you think your purpose would be? Con age 10
Andy Nyman – I THINK I WOULD BE THE WORLDS BEST ‘MAKE A ROOM MESSY’ ROBOT. I WOULD WHIRL AROUND UNTIDYING EVERYTHING I COULD.
What was your favourite TV show in the 80’s and why did you like it? Hag age 12
Andy Nyman – I LOVED ‘METAL MICKEY’. WHY? BECAUSE HE WAS SUCH A CHEEKY ROBOT OF COURSE.
Were you naughty like Clive The Robot as a child? Bex age 5
Andy Nyman – NO. I NEVER EVER EVER EVER DID ANYTHING NAUGHTY. EVER……(DO YOU BELIEVE ME?)
If you were a cyborg what parts would you want to be robotic and what parts would you want to kept human and why? Con age 10
THE ONLY ROBOT PART I WOULD WISH FOR, IS AN IMPLANT THAT MEANT I COULD TRAVEL TO SPACES AT SUPER-SPEED. MAYBE THAT MEANS ROBOT LEGS SO I COULD RUN SUPERFAST. OTHER THAN THAT, I’M HAPPY WITH EVERYTHING ELSE STAYING THE SAME
What was the coolest toy you owned in the 80’s and why was it so cool? Hag age 12
Andy Nyman – I LOVED MY RUBIK’S CUBE. I LEARNT TO SOLVE IT WHEN I WAS 15 AND STILL DO IT EVEN NOW.
