Arthur and I really enjoyed building the Lego Ninjago Cole’sTread Assault vehicle together. As a huge fan of the Chris Nolan Batman films Ican’t help thinking it passes a striking resemblance to the Tumbler. However,Batman’s Tumbler doesn’t flip over into an alternate speed vehicle , nor does ithave dual katanas, projectile missle attack and trendy green decal. Overall, Ithink the Ninjago range is extremely fun to play with and very, very cool. Iloved ninjas as a kid growing up, but being a child of the 80s, all I had toenjoy were illicit Sho Kosugi VHS rentals. It means a lot to me to be able tolive out a whole new bunch of ninja adventures with my son, who is as big a fanof these mysterious martial artists as I am.

I found the level of difficulty for assembling this vehicle tobe medium. I think any mum or dad with some lego building experience behindthem will be able to adapt quickly to this design. My one criticism is that fora boys action play set, it is very difficult to keep all the pieces in tactwithout some part of the vehicle coming loose during heavy play. I stronglyrecommend keeping the manuals and even buying replacement pieces from LEGO.comor other reputable LEGO dealers. The LEGO Ninjago Cole Tread Assault is a fineaddition to Arthur’s collection of Ninjago playsets. We love the new snakebaddies and I guarantee you our ninja adventures have only just begun.
