When I was a young Danger Mouse fan – we had no toys and there certainly wasn’t a stand alone magazine. You Kidz don’t know how lucky you are these days.

Danger Mouse magazine is from the same company that produces The Beano and much like the CBBC TV show is very very funny throughout. There are some great gifts and its full of fun activities and competitions. If you love Danger Mouse – you need this mag. Highly Recommended!!!

If you could change the ‘Danger’ in your name to another ‘hazard’ word – what type of Mouse would you like to be? Con age 8

Danger Mouse – Jeopardy Mouse -but our American ‘colleague’ already took that name. How about Magnificent Mouse? A bit too much maybe?

What’s your granny like? Sophie age 8

Penfold – Granny Penfold is the loveliest elderly lady in the world. She taught me everything I know about jam and how to knit mittens. There was a rumour that she was a secret-agent once but she doesn’t like to talk about…says it’s secret.

Do you ever want to wear your pants on the outside of your trousers like other super heroes do? Sophie age 8

Danger Mouse – Only by accident if we get an emergency mission very early in the morning when I’m getting dressed.

What do you like best about your job? Sophie age 8

Danger Mouse – Danger, excitement, explosions, villain catching.

Penfold – The opposite of what the Chief just said.

What is your favourite gadget and why do you like it? Con age 8

Danger Mouse – I love the Danger Nav. It finds the most dangerous route possible for every mission.

Penfold – I quite like the remote control for the telly. It makes it easier to change the channels without standing up.

If Baron Greenback ever became a good guy – would you hang out with him and what would you do together? Con age 8

Danger Mouse – The Baron has pretended to be a good guy before but I can’t see it happening. If it did happen perhaps we could play hide and seek…I could lock him in a cell and he could look for the key.

What’s your favourite recipe to cook? Sophie age 8

Penfold – Well, I am quite partial to jam. I like strawberry, raspberry, blueberry, turkey, ham, peanut flavoured, ice-cream flavoured jam. I REALLY, REALLY LOVE JAM!

What’s the most embarrassing secret that Danger Mouse has? Sophie age 8

Penfold – His middle name but if I told you what it was I’d have to go and hide in a different galaxy as he’d be livid!

Do you feel important when you go on missions with Danger Mouse and if not why do you do it? Con age 8

Penfold – Going on a mission with the chief is the scariest thing in the world but the fact he wants me there and says I help him makes me feel like the most special hamster in the world. He’s my best friend….I can’t let him go on his own can I?

Do you fancy professor Squwakencluck? Sophie age 8

Danger Mouse – Fancy Professor Squawkencluck? She’s like my sister…my really, really, really, really annoying sister. She makes good gadgets though.

What do you like best about each other and what do you dislike? Con age 8

Danger Mouse – Penfold is the most loyal and dedicated side-kick any hero could want. And he makes a great cup of tea and jam sandwich. Perhaps he could be a tiny bit braver on missions but nobody’s perfect – apart from some Mice I could mention.

Penfold – The chief is my bestest, bestest, bestest bestie. He’s super brave and always gets me out of trouble…unfortunately he’s usually the one who puts me in trouble in the first place.
